·       58 YO， Male.    58岁， 男性。

·       Advanced peri-implantitis and abscess occurred on two implants in the left upper arch, X-ray showed advanced bone loss around them, indicating both implants were in a hopeless state, need to be removed, the tooth in between the implants also needs to be extracted due to advanced periodontitis. 上颌左侧两个植体发生了晚期种植体周炎合并脓肿， X光显示植体周骨严重吸收，没有希望挽救， 只能去除， 中间的牙齿也因晚期牙周病需要拔除。

CBCT scan and virtual implant placement in the implant planning software shows severe bone deficiency in the implant treatment  area （caused by previously peri-implantitis and periodontitis, indicating ridge reconstruction procedure required before implant placement. 

CT 扫描 和种植软件分析表明在需要重新种植的部位有严重骨缺损的情况 ( 由于先前的种植体周炎和牙周炎所导致)， 在植牙前需要进行牙槽骨的植骨重建。

Four months after the ridge reconstruction by grafting an autogenous bone block from the  left tuberosity area.  牙槽骨植骨重建四个月后局部组织的愈合情况， 所采用的自体骨是从临近的上颌牙弓后方获取。

After ridge reconstruction: The CBCT scan and virtual implant placement in  the implant planning software shows adequate bone has been successfully regenerated so that all three implants are embedded in the bone tissue.

牙槽嵴重建后的CT 和软件分析清楚表明再生的骨量充分， 三个植体均被骨组织完全覆盖。

Three implants were placed into the precise locations by a computer generated  3D printing guide, after the implants became  integrated with bone, the crowns are installed. 采用电脑设计，三D打印的种植导板， 三个植体精确地植入相应的部位， 三个月后， 植体形成骨结合， 三个牙冠成功地安装修复。
